• If we haven't found the right candidate within 90 days, we will continue our search for no additional fee
• If our candidate chooses to leave a company within the first 12 months, we will recruit a new candidate for no additional fee
• If, for any reason, a company is dissatisfied with our search effort, the company may terminate the relationship with The Cassie-Shipherd Group at any time
