Vice President Finance and CFO - Northeast

Our client is a public company with a tremendous upside potential. The stock is significantly undervalued given its target markets and its proven technology. With additional clinical proof of efficacy the Company should see significant stock price increases. In order to complete the clinicals, and gear up for full commercialization of the products the Company requires a Vice President of Finance and CFO that is not only skilled in internal and external financial reporting, treasury, risk management, budgeting, etc., but who is highly skilled in investor relations and raising capital.

Our client’s technology focus is on the continued development and clinical validation of the Symphony Continuous Transdermal Glucose Monitor for critical care monitoring and Diabetes management. This product will participate in the $5B blood glucose testing market. This market is not only large, but is growing at a 15% rate. Our client has partnered with Bayer Diabetes Care, a division of Bayer AG. Bayer has a license for diabetes management and home testing and has agreed that our client should develop the technology for Critical Care monitoring of blood glucose levels outside of its license. The enormous potential for this sector of the Diabetes market led the company to redirect its continuous glucose monitoring product strategy and product development plan. This could be the most significant improvement in critical care monitoring since the introduction of blood oximetry in the 1980’s.
