QUALIFICATIONS:
• Successful manufacturing/operations experience involving medical products produced to very high tolerances.
• Having been involved in the building of a new production facility.
• Experience in a high growth company, developing and rationalizing manufacturing capabilities on a global basis.
• B.S. Engineering with 10 years of experience within Medical Devices.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations as they apply to good manufacturing practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful history of hiring and developing employees.
• Small company experience.
