Group Chief Executive Officer - International
Our client is a high growth, high margin Medical Device company operating in the Anesthesia and Critical Care Markets Globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop Senior Management for rapid sales and profit growth.
· Drive the M&A activity and the strategic planning process.
· Continue to build distribution to maximize market share.
· Oversee development of annual long range profit performance plans and budget expectations to ensure achievement of corporate objectives.
· Develop a close, trusting and open relationship with the Board.
· Achieve tactical objectives for annual sales and profit goals.
· Maximize organic growth thru effective internal product development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience as a Senior Management Executive in a publicly traded, international Medical Device Company.
· Extensive General Management experience, with a strong Sales, Marketing and Business Development background.
· Personable individual who would be able to work closely with the diverse International backgrounds of the Board members.
· Able to accommodate extensive travel requirements.
· Reside in Europe.
