Our client is an Outsourced Life Science services firm. Seeking to add a member with significant and broad business experience, with particular emphasis in Business Development. The company will benefit from this individual’s expertise, i.e. understanding how firms think through their decisions to out-license, when a co-marketing arrangement is more appropriate, why the merger or acquisition is in the best interest of the company, and quite significantly, the financial considerations which drive the structure of “the deal”. This understanding as to how a firm thinks and acts about these and other related issues will be invaluable as the company moves to implement its strategy.
