Tom was most recently the Senior Vice President of Operations for the Orthopedic and Endoscopy Divisions of Accellent Corporation. Prior to his position at Accellent he spent 13 years at Stryker Corporation in ever increasing positions of responsibility. His last position at Stryker was Vice President, Operations for Stryker Biotech. At Accellent he had the responsibility for 4 manufacturing facilities with over 450 employees. At Stryker he was responsible for all Global Operations, encompassing over 140 employees.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
